A rally was taken out by the doctors of Allied Hosptial to create awareness among masses about the renal care on ‘World Kidney Day’. Rally was led my Professor Doctor Tufail urologist and Dr.Bilal Javed which started from Punjab Medical College (PMC) to Allied Hospital. Many other doctors also participated in the rally which ended up at Emergency ward of Allied Hospital.
Participants were holding banners for awareness of renal diseases. Dr. Tufail said that ” kidney related diseases were increasing day by day which were alarming for the people”. He told that “kidney patients should avoid quacks and hakims and get treatment from the competent MBBS and specialist doctors”.
He told that one could avoid kidney problems by keeping an eye on the blood pressure and glucose level in the body.
